Introducing Sweet Baby Fox, Our Newest Stockist

Earlybirds is delighted to announce its beautiful new stockist, Sweet Baby Fox, located in Warners Bay NSW. Sweet Baby Fox is a gorgeous store offering everything baby, from clothes and accessories to books and toys, as well as reusable nappies, nursing pads and products for Mum.

Owned by Kylie Rogers-Smith and husband Grant, Sweet Baby Fox began as a small selection of baby goods in the front window of their fashion and homewares store, Fox & Willow Emporium. It wasn’t long before the brand Sweet Baby Fox was born and moved into its very own store two and half years ago.

Last month, Sweet Baby Fox moved again into an even bigger premises next door, making way for their new baby: Baby Fox Clinic & Classes. Kylie and Grant have transformed the old premises into a beautifully inviting baby friendly space for their community, offering free weekly baby clinics with a Registered Nurse and a range of other baby related activities and courses including Mums & Bubs Yoga, First Aid and Information Sessions.

When Kylie first moved from Sydney to Warners Bay she was a mum to a three and a half year old and pregnant with her second baby. She remembers what it was like knowing no one and how she relied on activities such as playgroup as a way to socialise and meet other mums. She hopes that by offering the clinic, she can not only help parents in the community easily access the support, information and advice they need but also connect with one another in the process.

Kylie says ‘Covid has been extremely isolating for people having babies, which is normally a time of coming together and celebration. People have had to miss out on special events such as baby showers. With lots of toys and books for their babies and older children to play with, the clinic offers people a chance to mingle while waiting for their appointment’.

Kylie is extremely passionate about her team and says that the camaraderie and laughs shared is the part she loves most about her work. She includes her team in key decisions and meetings and looks to her trusted managers for their feedback and advice about what and who they should stock based on their conversations with customers.

It was her Sweet Baby Fox manager who identified the need to stock a premmie baby range after she found she was getting requests from customers who were struggling to find premmie clothing readily and knowing many boutiques did not offer smaller than 00000. After doing her research she came to Kylie with the suggestion of stocking Earlybirds.

Word that Sweet Baby Fox now stocks clothing specially designed for premature and small babies has since spread to NICU families at the nearby John Hunter Hospital and lots of Aunties, Grandmas and friends have been dropping by Sweet Baby Fox to stock up on Earlybirds for their little miracle!
