Terms & Conditions

Earlybirds will happily exchange any item or refund your money providing the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging with tags still attached. Garments will not be accepted worn, washed or damaged. Garments must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges.

Secure Payment Options

Earlybirds promises to protect your personal information with the highest level of date privacy and security. We understand that you are concerned about the security and privacy of online transactions.

We accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex credit and debit cards.  You can also pay using PayPal.

Delivery of your Order

Any order received prior to 12.00pm Monday to Friday we will endeavour to fulfil same day. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us at online@earlybirds.com.au.

Within Australia

  • Free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100

  • For orders placed Australia wide we offer a flat rate options from $10.00

  • Orders are despatched via Australia Post Express Post Satchels & Parcel Post

  • Approx delivery time 1-3 working days Express Post and 3-7 working days Parcel Post (PLEASE NOTE: DURING COVID DELIVERY TIMES COULD BE EXTENDED) – rural deliveries may take slightly longer

  • Trackable

  • Orders are despatched from our warehouse in Melbourne

International Deliveries

  • Australia Post International Express $25.00

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150

  • Approx delivery time 5-7 working days, depending on the destination.  

  • Please note, some international orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax charges payable by the receiver

  • Orders are despatched from our warehouse based in Melbourne.

Gift Voucher Delivery 

Earlybirds Gift Vouchers are delivered either electronically via the nominated email address or sent via post. Both options can be selected when adding the selected Gift Voucher to your cart. 


Duties and Taxes

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. For more information please contact your local customs office.

On-Line Gift Vouchers

Online Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.earlybirds.com.au. If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and may be used at a later date. If your purchase is greater than your voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.

Sale Items

Items purchased on-sale cannot be returned or refunded.
