Delivery & Returns
All orders are packed and sent with care from Queensland and include tracking. Guaranteed next day delivery, plus any order received Monday to Friday prior to 12pm we will endeavour to send the same day.
We offer free 30 day returns on all full priced products, with the exception of our Made To Milk range as well as nappies and pacifiers. Should you wish to return an item for another style or size or recieve a store credit or refund, simply log into your account or contact us.

We offer free express shipping Australia wide on all orders over $150
For orders under $150 we offer a flat rate delivery fee of $10 Australia Wide
International
All international orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $25 AUD.
Please Note: Some international orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax charges payable by the receiver

Gift Cards
Earlybirds Gift Vouchers are delivered either electronically via the nominated email address or sent via post. Both options can be selected when adding the selected Gift Voucher to your cart.
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.earlybirds.com.au
If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and may be used at a later date. If your purchase is greater than your voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.
Returns & Exchanges
Earlybirds will happily exchange any full priced item or refund your money providing the item is returned to us within 30 days in its original condition and packaging with tags still attached.
Refund Conditions
Garments must be received by Earlybirds within 30 days of receiving your order
Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not been worn, damaged or packaging tampered with and tags are still attached. Garments will not be accepted worn, washed or damaged.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on sale items
Returns will only be accepted if originally purchased from www.earlybirds.com.au
