Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to anyone aged 18 years of age and over at the time of entry. Employees and management (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

How to Enter
To enter, each entrant must, during the Entry Period: visit www.earlybirds.com.au and place an order.

Limits on Entry
Multiple entries permitted, subject to: each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter: (a) are received outside the Promotional Period; (b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights; (c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or (d) do not otherwise comply with these terms, will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.

Entry Period
The Promotion commences at 12.00 PM AEST/AEDT on 9th December 2024 and ends at 11.59 PM AEST/AEDT on 20th December 2024 (“Entry Period”).

Selection of Winner
A winner will be randomly selected each day from the previous days orders at 29 Frasers Road Ashgrove QLD 4060. 

Prize Details
There is one prize consisting of a a Little Box of Calm valued at $12.50. Prize value is correct as at 8 December 2024 and is in Australian Dollars, but to the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the value of the prize after that time.

Prize Delivery
Prize will be delivered to the winner(s) within 28 days of the close of the Entry Period and sent with the winners original order.

Further Details
1. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide current and accurate information at the time of entry. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect information, including invalid postal address provided by an entrant. The Promoter will only deliver prizes to the postal address provided at entry and will not be responsible for or liable to organise re-delivery of any prize.

2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time: (a) to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence); and (b) to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or amend these terms and conditions, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

3. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

4. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact the winners. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a prize should be directed to the Promoter. If for any reason a winner does not take or redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
