Lynda
Earlybirds was founded in Australia in 2002 after Lynda struggled to find clothing for her son, Jackson, who was born ten weeks premature weighing just 1.2kg. Determined to make life a little easier for other families, she created a range designed specifically for premature and small babies ~ a mission that continues to guide Earlybirds today.

More than two decades later, Earlybirds remains proudly family owned, with Lynda now leading the business alongside her niece, Jess. The recent arrival of Jess's own newborn son has brought the Earlybirds story full circle, giving her a firsthand appreciation of the comfort, quality and care that has supported thousands of families over the past 24 years and strengthening the family's commitment to the next generation of premature and small babies.

Seam Free
Our gentle crossover layette designs provides a quick and easy dressing experience which in turn helps to conserve baby's energy. This style can easily accommodate the attachment of NICU hardware and monitors which can be attached or removed easily without disturbing your baby. There are no internal seams in the body of our garments to ensure maximum comfort.
Our Press Studs are
Nickel Free
Press studs and eyelet openings on our garments such as at the opening of the shoulder of our singlets and on the body of our t-shirts, t-jackets, onesies and jumpsuits give you the ability to dress your baby without disturbing any leads and monitors. All of our press studs are nickel free.
