Designed with the assistance of neonatal specialists for the NICU environment, the gentle crossover layette design provides ease of dressing which helps to conserve baby's energy.

No internal seams and a crossover design make this soft organic bodysuit perfect for babies in the NICU. The wrap front allows for any monitor leads to be placed through without disturbing your baby, keeping them comfortable and conserving energy so baby can rest and grow! These sleeveless isolette suits are also great to layer underneath a gown, all in one or jumpsuit.

All Earlybirds garments are machine washable and our fabrics have been tested thoroughly and are free from harmful substances.

The cutest and easiest for NICU babies

The cutest and easiest onesie's for little preemie babies. From NICU to SCU.
It was so easy to dress our tiny baby with all the cords etc our poor little one had. The fabric is also so soft and the design is beautiful.
Definitely a must have for your little earlybird.

Made by loving people who understand prematurity

I was first gifted one in 2017 for my first prem and this outfit made me feel like I had a "normal" baby. It fit perfectly when he was able to wear clothes and it was easy access for the nurses and doctors to do their thing. It was easy for my husband and I to do cares and change him. You can tell the design is by those who know what it's like to have a premature baby. I've used one of these for each of my prem babies since, and even the one from 7 years ago - the quality is excellent. Highly recommend.

Perfect bodysuit NICU babies!

These bodysuits are so handy when bub needs to wear clothes in the incubator, and I love that it comes in the 1.5kg-2.5kg size as my babies were only 1.5kgs. It’s another one of our keepsake outfits m/baby’s first outfit. I also like that that these can be used for layering as well. Thanks Earlybirds for creating some beautiful pieces!!

Our Leo, our miracle. I have all his early bird pieces stored away in his memory box.
