Today, we’re honoured to share the story of With Hope & Tiny Miracles ~ a beautiful, heartfelt project created by NICU parents, for NICU families. While this initiative is beginning in the USA, we hope its ripple effect reaches NICU families all around the world, including right here in Australia.
Launching July 1st in the USA!
With Hope & Tiny Miracles is officially launching in the United States on July 1st, marking the start of its very first month of handwritten card deliveries!
Each month, NICU families in American hospitals will receive handmade cards filled with encouragement, love, and hope from parents who’ve walked the same road. It’s a simple but powerful reminder that no one facing the NICU journey should feel alone.
And just in time for the launch, their very first card design has been revealed below, crafted with warmth and intention.
What is With Hope & Tiny Miracles?
This initiative sends out handwritten, heartfelt cards to NICUs every month. Each card is created by a fellow NICU parent who understands the unique ups and downs of life in the NICU. These small but meaningful messages offer comfort and remind families that they are seen and supported by a wider community.
Meet the Founder: Tosha Toste
Behind this incredible project is Tosha Toste, a passionate mum, wife and advocate who like our own Earlybirds founder, turned her own NICU experience into a mission to help others.
When her daughter Emersyn was born at 32 weeks and spent over five weeks in the NICU, Tosha’s life shifted forever. She knew then she wanted to help future NICU families feel a little less alone in a place that can feel so isolating.
After stepping away from a successful full-time career, Tosha found a new balance: working part-time while embracing life as a stay-at-home mum, serving her community as Secretary for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Colorado Chapter and volunteering for the Miss Colorado Organization. She’s an advocate for mental health, a lover of fitness, books and family movie nights.
Through With Hope & Tiny Miracles, she’s now bringing that same dedication and warmth to families navigating the NICU journey.
